All of our staff are fully trained to provide the support necessary for each resident at Lakeside Nursing Home
We aim to provide the highest quality and standard of care to maintainand optimise the residents’ quality of life. We believe that each resident should be treated with love and respect and cared for as a member of our family.
All residents are seen as individuals with their own rights, with likes and dislikes, dreams and ambitions that should be respected. We aim to help each individual resident to achieve or sustain whatever it is that puts a smile on their face.
We want our residents to enjoy their life in our home and have a sense of purpose and self-worth just as they would have done before they had demtia. To achieve this we have set up 'The Club' - an all-day activity program - and for residents with high level dementia we have a Namaste program aimed at providing a dedicated carer who will provide personal care to each resident.
